What should I bring to my consultation?
If you have any previous hearing or balance test results, please bring those along. Also, prepare a list of questions or concerns you'd like to discuss. If you use hearing aids or other devices, bring those as well.
How long does a consultation typically last?
Consultations typically last 30-60 minutes, depending on the complexity of your concerns and questions. We take the time needed to ensure you leave with a clear understanding.
Do you accept insurance?
As an educational consultation service, we operate differently from traditional audiology clinics. Please contact us to discuss payment options and what to expect.
Can you treat my hearing loss or balance disorder?
We focus on education and consultation rather than treatment. We help you understand your condition and treatment options, and can help guide you to appropriate providers for treatment.
