Dr. O'Neal is a Doctor of Audiology (AuD) with specialized training in vestibular diagnostics and cochlear implants. He received his doctoral degree from Gallaudet University, where he developed deep expertise in Deaf culture and balance disorders.
Now serving Los Angeles and Orange County, Dr. O'Neal is dedicated to educating patients about their hearing and balance conditions so they can make informed decisions about their care.
